What We're Looking For

- Certifications & Licenses: Relevant licenses and certifications for specific trades such as electrical, plumbing, etc..
- Tool Ownership: Ownership of a comprehensive set of tools necessary for your trade.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to various job sites.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Safety Adherence: Strict adherence to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Plumbers
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
- Ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Electricians
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Inspecting electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical malfunctions.
- Adhering to electrical codes and safety standards.
Carpenters
- Constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
- Interpreting blueprints and specifications.
